- Design scalable HR setups for growth
- Clarify roles across teams
- Define responsibilities across teams
- Establish interfaces across teams
- Ensure alignment with railway-specific regulations
- Comply with collective bargaining agreements (CBAs)
- Translate data into actionable HR options
- Convert scenarios into actionable HR options
- Transform business needs into actionable HR options
- Prepare decision-making materials for the Head of HR
- Prepare decision-making materials for senior management
- Support workforce planning for operational train staff
- Manage workforce planning in a 24/7 environment

- Consider collective labor law frameworks for the railway sector
- Coordinate stakeholders across HR functions
