Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with HR further education or completed degree with HR focus
- Several years of experience in HR environment
- Very good understanding of HR processes and labor law basics
- Strong organizational skills and structured work approach
- High communication competence and confident demeanor
- Ability to take responsibility independently and drive topics forward
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Tasks
- Support employees in all HR matters
- Manage future-oriented HR projects
- Assist in planning and conducting internal and external training
- Handle contract management and create employment references
- Process sick leave notifications and conduct meetings with ill employees
