Requirements

  • Degree or business education with HR focus, or relevant continuing education
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and data protection
  • Experience with modern HR systems, ideally Personio, and willingness to learn configuration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • Independent and structured work, willingness to take responsibility
  • Clear and honest communication, even in difficult situations
  • Living near Frankfurt am Main for office days

  • Manage HR operations independently
  • Collaborate with management and employees
  • Handle recruiting and employer branding
  • Design onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Drive HR process digitalization
  • Expand self-service structures
  • Serve as primary HR contact
  • Administer payroll and personnel
  • Support labor law compliance
  • Ensure occupational safety
  • Maintain information security
  • Work with internal and external partners

Work Experience

  • 3 - 5 years

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
  • Bachelor's degree
