  • Ensure smooth onboarding and compliant contracts

  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes
  • Simplify processes, including using AI tools
  • Manage People Operations topics like policy updates
  • Oversee tool rollouts
  • Document People Operations processes
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Legal teams
  • Ensure seamless cross-functional processes
  • Maintain compliance across departments
  • Support a smooth employee lifecycle
  • Support office-related topics (if based in Hamburg)
