Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration with HR focus, legal background, or comparable HR qualification
- Several years of experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner
- Solid knowledge of labor law and works council topics
- Experience in chemical tariff regulations (beneficial)
- High drive, resilience, and focus under pressure
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
- Structured, results-oriented, and self-driven manner
- Strong assertiveness combined with diplomacy
- Strong digital competence / tech-savvy mindset
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- Confident use of MS Office and SAP HR
