Payroll Manager(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of finance/payroll working experience
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience of payroll teams
• University degree, ideally master’s in Finance/Payroll/Tax/Auditing

Tasks

• Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across multiple European countries
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and internal policies
• Lead a team of three employees and collaborate with an external payroll provider
• Work closely with internal payroll departments and stakeholders
• Streamline payroll processes while accommodating local mandatory requirements
• Drive consistent process improvement in payroll operations
• Ensure compliance with Payroll Accounting under US and local GAAP
• Manage pension plans and company cars
• Stay updated on changes in regional payroll laws and regulations
• Support fiscal year-end close for payroll-related information
