- Advise managers on local employment law.
- Lead employee investigations.
- Resolve workplace conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with employment law.
- Drive engaging initiatives and regional events.
- Bring the company culture to life.
- Coach and mentor line managers.
- Develop managers in the SharkNinja way.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition.
- Conduct culture interviews.
- Provide local market intelligence.
- Optimize hiring speed and quality.
