Tasks
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, processes, employment law, and employee relations
- Support EMEA Recruitment team with hiring activities, HR interviews, offers, onboarding, and offboarding
- Manage core HR lifecycle processes like performance reviews, promotions, compensation reviews, and benefits administration
- Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with local legislation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Corporate Services, IT, and global HR teams to support HR operations
- Maintain data accuracy, payroll inputs, and reporting
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including M&A change management, well-being, remuneration, culture, engagement, and company-wide programs
