Implementing and improving Workday HR suite for a global life science company, including user training and support. Several years of Workday HR systems experience, particularly in talent management modules, expected. 30 vacation days.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in HR systems & processes, ideally in Workday Recruiting and Performance Development or Talent Management
- High system affinity, structured way of working, analytical and communication skills
- Competencies in change management and experience in using change management tools
- Experience in project management in an international environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and German
- Identification with core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment
Tasks
- Contribute to the improvement and implementation of the Workday HR suite
- Execute regular training sessions for users
- Support the international HR community with Workday-related issues
- Continuously improve Workday processes and evaluate change requests
- Implement new functional requirements into the system
- Partially lead projects and coordinate between teams
- Design and conduct user training for various stakeholder groups
- Inform users about changes during regular Workday updates
- Prepare and conduct regional support visits to engage with the HR community
- Participate in international roll-outs for functional enhancements
