Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Controlling, Finance, Business Administration, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of personnel expense budgeting and forecasting, ideally with experience in annual planning cycles
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS reporting and dashboard creation is a plus
- Ability to translate data into insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving improvements
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, international environment
- Excellent written and spoken skills in either English or German
Tasks
- Own annual personnel expense forecasting
- Lead headcount planning process
- Design and implement the personnel expense controlling module
- Develop and maintain personnel cost planning models
- Monitor variances and provide actionable insights
- Build and enhance reporting dashboards
- Deliver reliable analytics for workforce planning
- Collaborate with Finance and People leaders
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Implement best practices in personnel controlling
