Requirements
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Controlling, Finance, Business Administration, HR, or related field, or equivalent experience
- •Solid understanding of personnel expense budgeting and forecasting, ideally with experience in annual planning cycles
- •Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with HRIS reporting and dashboard creation is a plus
- •Ability to translate data into insights and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- •Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving improvements
- •Comfortable working in a collaborative, international environment
- •Excellent written and spoken skills in either English or German

- •Collaborate with Finance and People leaders
- •Identify opportunities for process improvement
- •Implement best practices in personnel controlling
