  • •Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in an international context
  • •Familiarity with labor and works council law
  • •Solid experience in talent management and change management
  • •Excellent communication skills, empathy, and negotiation strength
  • •Ability to build networks and establish trusted collaboration
  • •Fluency in English and German
