Requirements
- Degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years as HR Business Partner in complex organization
- Strong digital affinity and capability with HR systems and platforms
- Experience supporting senior leaders in commercial/corporate environments
- Strong knowledge of German labor law and works councils
- Experience in matrix organizations and international collaboration
- Strong business orientation with analytical capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Structured, organized working style, managing multiple priorities
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, creative and pragmatic mindset
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
Tasks
- Advise senior leaders on business strategy and transformation
- Support strategic and day-to-day HR functions
- Design and plan organizational structures
- Develop and manage talent and succession plans
- Enhance employee engagement and company culture
- Implement retention and employee relations strategies
- Manage compensation and rewards programs
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Expertise
- Ensure local compliance with global HR processes
- Advise on labor law and Works Council matters
- Negotiate and implement works council agreements
- Lead and contribute to HR projects
- Support change and transformation initiatives
- Strengthen leadership effectiveness and high-performance culture
