Tasks
- Partner with Site Management Team and departmental managers to understand business goals and challenges
- Advise line managers on HR-related and labor law matters, including staffing, remuneration, and organizational changes
- Develop and execute the site-specific HR agenda aligned with the site's strategic plan and global HR strategy
- Lead the site succession planning process for critical roles
- Drive the site annual performance management cycle, coaching managers on goal setting, feedback, and development planning
- Identify training needs and collaborate with the global Talent and Engagement team to implement programs
- Promote Envalior's core values and desired culture on the shop floor and within the site
- Support the Site Management Team in developing and executing initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with employees and managers
- Facilitate the Employee Engagement survey and identify potential actions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations
- Partner with the regional Total Rewards Team and HR Operations Team to administer and communicate site-wide benefit programs
- Ensure strict adherence to local employment laws and regulations
- Maintain impeccable site HR records and ensure audit-ready practices
- Represent HR within the local works council
- Participate in global and regional HR projects
- Coordinate and implement global initiatives with a local focus
