Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- •Minimum 5 years of HR experience
- •Strong knowledge of German labor law; familiarity with Polish labor law is highly desirable
- •Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across different countries
- •Excellent communication skills in German and English (Polish is a plus)
- •Ability to travel occasionally between Germany and Poland
- •Ability to work as part of a team or independently
