HR Analytics Expert - Systems and Data Management(m/w/x)
Developing global HR analytics strategy with SAP/Microsoft systems and predictive modeling. Several years of HR systems development experience required. 30 days holidays, flexible hours, holiday and Christmas bonuses.
Requirements
- Academic degree in HR, Business Analytics, Data Science, Organizational Management, or related field
- Professional experience in HR Analytics, data management, or business intelligence
- Strong knowledge of project management, data governance, and GDPR compliance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Several years of experience in HR systems development and implementation, preferably SAP and/or Microsoft-based projects
- Experience with HR KPIs, data visualization, and Predictive Analytics
- Strong IT affinity and familiarity with SAP Applications (SAP-HCM, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Datasphere, Analytics Cloud, Business Warehouse, SuccessFactors)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solution-oriented and project-based work environment
- Communication and influencing skills

Tasks
- Develop global HR analytics strategy
- Implement predictive and prescriptive analytics
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Establish HR data governance frameworks
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Define and monitor key HR KPIs
- Design interactive dashboards and reports
- Deliver data-driven recommendations
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Expert Hubs
- Collaborate with Global Business Operations, Finance, and IT
- Advise management on HR data trends
- Adopt emerging technologies like machine learning and AI
- Benchmark internal practices against industry standards
- Contribute to mass data processing and HRIS concepts
- Translate concepts into technical systems
- Implement HR metrics for workforce efficiency
- Provide regular and ad-hoc data analysis
- Support technical connection between HR and Controlling
- Analyze global workforce data
- Provide insights for personnel decisions
- Assist in HR Controlling aspects
- Support quarterly and year-end closing operations
- Contribute to sustainability reporting and audits
