- Support managers and employees in Germany and Switzerland
- Draft contracts, amendments, and reference letters
- Automate HR processes using Workday and digital tools
- Assist HR Business Partners with improvement projects
- Update organizational HR processes and procedures
- Coordinate and administer training events
- Prepare variable pay, pension, and expense data
- Manage accident, sickness, and parental leave cases
- Maintain accurate records within the Workday HRIS
- Administer time tracking systems and attendance enquiries
- Generate regular and ad hoc insurance reports
- Manage the German company car fleet and vendors
- Administer company mobile phones for German staff
- Handle diverse administrative tasks to support business needs
Education
- High school diploma
