- Expertise in HPLC method development
- Practical experience with Agilent HPLC troubleshooting
- Practical experience with Agilent HPLC maintenance
- Excellent English writing skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Self-directed and motivated
- Ability to work with a remote team
- Curiosity and eagerness
- Researching and applying new instrumentation
- Ability to learn with minimal formal training
Tasks
- Develop global HPLC customer training solutions
- Identify technical training needs for Agilent HPLC instruments
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams on training content
- Design instructor-led, virtual, and online eLearning materials
- Create training materials including labs, lectures, and assessments
- Ensure training materials meet quality and regulatory standards
- Maintain expertise in HPLC and analytical chemistry
- Manage education product development with vendors
- Support seamless transition of courses to local delivery teams
- Lead projects to improve training development and delivery
- Test new forms of training delivery
