Tasks
- Deliver HPC and AI services for supercomputer systems, clusters, and storage
- Support pre-sales with HPC service scoping and sizing
- Plan and deploy HPC hardware and software solutions
- Analyze, qualify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and third parties
- Manage customer relationships through verbal and written communication
- Represent the organization to external customers and clients
- Travel to DACH and European customer sites
- Research HPC documentation
- Complete training to develop and maintain HPC skills
