Description

In this role, you will be the technical expert guiding customers through their collaboration strategies, designing tailored solutions, and showcasing how HP | Poly technology enhances meeting experiences. Your daily activities will involve engaging with clients, supporting sales efforts, and collaborating with various teams to deliver seamless solutions.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• •3+ years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or solution design ideally in Unified Communications or AV environments
• •Strong understanding of IP networks, VoIP, and UC platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet
• •Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both IT and business stakeholders
• •Fluency in German and English with excellent presentation and communication skills
• •Willingness to travel (25–50 %) within Germany and abroad plus a valid driver’s license
• •Familiarity with MS Office, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools

Tasks

• •Provide technical consulting for Corporate, Enterprise, and Public Sector customers across Germany
• •Engage with customers to understand their collaboration strategy
• •Translate collaboration strategies into HP | Poly solution designs
• •Represent the full HP | Poly portfolio, including intelligent cameras, video bars, headsets, and voice endpoints
• •Integrate UC solutions with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet
• •Act as a trusted advisor by connecting business goals with technology opportunities
• •Support the sales process with demos, proof-of-concepts, and RFP/RFI responses
• •Collaborate in account planning and opportunity qualification
• •Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
• •Identify attach opportunities for services like device configuration and remote management
• •Conduct technical enablement sessions for customers and internal teams
• •Stay updated on UC trends, emerging AI features, and network technologies
• •Collaborate with presales peers from Computing, Print, and Services to build integrated customer solutions
