Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare quality, safety, transportation, business, information systems, computer science, or related discipline
  • Minimum five years of experience in pharma quality in manufacturing, laboratories, distribution, or closely related experience
  • Deviation experience in pharma and healthcare
  • Excellent level in English
  • Business travel required
  • Proficient Office 365 skills
  • Strong management, human relations, project management, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to present clearly, both orally and in writing
  • Collaboration with business areas, customers, vendors, systems users, and technical developers
  • Knowledge in European regulatory compliance in pharma and healthcare
  • Lean/Six Sigma training preferred

Tasks

  • Provide technical expertise to senior management
  • Deliver analysis and interpretation of complex information
  • Lead high-impact cross-functional projects
  • Drive strategic planning initiatives
  • Support cross-functional project teams for optimal results
  • Plan and direct quality management processes in pharma or healthcare
  • Offer quality guidance to external customers and regulatory bodies
  • Advise internal stakeholders on quality matters
  • Utilize electronic quality systems in compliance with regulations
  • Identify and manage continuous improvement projects
  • Conduct deviation investigations and CAPAs
  • Review Quality Agreements and Supplier Qualifications
  • Perform training for GDP, IATA, and CEIV certifications
  • Complete other assigned duties
