Head of Section Brand Experience(m/w/x)
Developing European brand experience strategy with scalable frameworks for sports sponsorships and events. 10+ years of experience in brand strategy and customer journey design required. Flexible working hours, hybrid policy, and car sharing.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, or related field
- Additional qualifications in Brand Strategy, Customer Experience, or Digital Experience advantageous, ideally with Lifestyle/Sports background
- 10+ years of experience in Brand Experience, Marketing, Customer Experience, Partnerships, or related disciplines
- Advanced knowledge of brand strategy, experiential platforms, sports sponsorships, events, roadshows, and sponsorship activations
- Deep understanding of performance analytics, customer journey design, immersive storytelling, and brand activation
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams
- Strong track record delivering large-scale experiential projects in complex, multi-market environments
- Experience within automotive industry or complex consumer-facing sectors preferred
- Strong understanding of brand identity systems and translation into physical and digital environments
- Experience managing agencies, external partners, and significant marketing budgets
- Strong analytical skills translating performance data, consumer insights, and trends into actionable strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills in international environments
- Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous
Tasks
- Translate brand strategy into impactful experiences
- Develop European Brand Experience strategy
- Create scalable frameworks and operational plans
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary Brand Experience team
- Plan and execute high-impact brand experiences
- Coordinate across Marketing, Product, Communications, and Digital teams
- Define and improve brand experience standards
- Review and approve creative concepts and designs
- Manage significant budgets and agency partnerships
- Leverage consumer insights and cultural trends
- Integrate digital and phygital experience formats
- Monitor KPIs and ROI metrics
- Ensure governance and risk management
