- Proven track record hitting revenue targets
- Experience selling to technical buyers (SMB/mid-market)
- Deep understanding of European (DACH) sales landscape
- Existing network (strong plus)
- Ability to build sales processes
- Ability to build sales tools
- CRM setup experience
- Thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Proactive ownership
- Background in compliance, GRC, or adjacent SaaS verticals (Nice-to-Have)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, TISAX, NIS2) (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience building sales function (early-stage to scale) (Nice-to-Have)
- Prior experience at Series A–C B2B SaaS startup (Nice-to-Have)
Tasks
- Build and scale the DACH sales organization
- Expand sales motion across Europe
- Drive new ARR and revenue targets for DACH and Europe
- Convert pipeline into revenue
- Improve win rates
- Improve sales cycle efficiency
- Improve pipeline progression
- Define sales KPIs, quotas, and compensation models
- Close key mid-market deals personally
- Model best-in-class discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Build and scale the DACH sales team
- Hire, coach, and develop Account Executives and BDRs
- Run structured deal and pipeline reviews
- Foster a high-performance sales culture
- Promote accountability and learning within the team
- Lead the BDR team
- Manage outbound prospecting
- Manage meeting generation
- Ensure consistent prospecting activity
- Ensure consistent outreach performance
- Improve meeting quality
- Improve opportunity creation
- Optimize BDR to AE handoff
- Optimize pipeline quality
- Establish and refine sales processes
- Establish and refine qualification frameworks
- Build predictable forecasting
- Build pipeline management
- Maintain strong CRM discipline in HubSpot
- Maintain pipeline visibility in HubSpot
- Ensure accurate forecasting
