- Build a strong pipeline of qualified leads across locations
- Design and execute event concepts aligned with brand values
- Manage and train local teams in sales and event execution
- Serve as the central communication link between departments
- Own seasonal sales targets and lead generation efforts
- Develop and implement multi-location sales strategies
- Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline through outreach
- Manage client relationships from first contact to event execution
- Guide teams to deliver personalized and effective service
- Develop targeted outreach for key markets and relationships
- Implement upsell and cross-sell initiatives across services
- Develop location-specific strategies aligned with market trends
- Create innovative concepts to drive sales and engagement
- Oversee the full lifecycle of events, from planning to evaluation
- Coordinate with F&B, Operations, Music, PR/Marketing, and Guest Experience teams
- Maintain consistent event quality and brand presentation
- Collaborate with third-party vendors for operational alignment
- Identify upsell opportunities during event planning and execution
- Lead post-event follow-up to secure repeat business
- Create templates and workflows to streamline processes
- Implement a CRM-driven strategy for lead and client tracking
- Train local teams on sales protocols and brand ethos
- Mentor teams for professionalism and service excellence
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Provide clear reporting on sales and event outcomes
- Create seamless multi-concept guest experiences
- Design bundled experience offerings to increase revenue
- Own full event P&L and ensure profitable execution
- Analyse sales performance and implement corrective strategies
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
- Collaborate with Finance on revenue forecasting and tracking
- Develop and execute room sales strategies for the hotel
- Collaborate with Head of Hotels on pricing and distribution
- Drive improvements in ADR, RevPAR, and occupancy
- Identify commercial opportunities for peak periods and long stays
- Lead creation of sales materials with the Marketing team
- Ensure accurate representation across GDS, website, and agency platforms
- Manage relationships with luxury networks and travel advisors
