Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in B2B SaaS or tech scale-ups
  • •Hands-on ownership of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ logic design, and architectural optimization
  • •Proficiency in revenue reporting and KPI design
  • •Structured communication skills
  • •Ownership mentality and reliability under pressure
  • •Experience using AI to automate revenue operations processes
  • •Strong analytical capability in complex pricing models

Tasks

  • •Bridge the gap between Sales, Marketing, and Finance
  • •Own and scale the revenue operating system
  • •Stabilize, document, and scale the Salesforce Revenue Cloud setup
  • •Ensure revenue integrity and operational excellence
  • •Safeguard accuracy across quotes, contracts, and subscriptions
  • •Develop trusted dashboards and forecasting models for leadership and investors
  • •Evolve the GTM tool stack for targeted motions like intent-based outbound selling and ABM
  • •Collaborate with Finance to ensure billing accuracy and audit readiness
  • •Eliminate fragile manual workarounds
