Requirements

  • Sales or Revenue Operations experience, ideally B2B SaaS
  • Deep Salesforce knowledge and administration, reporting, automation
  • Pipeline management, forecasting, sales process design skills
  • Defining and implementing scalable processes skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration and sales enablement skills
  • Presenting insights to senior stakeholders, data-based decisions
  • Fluent English
  • German language skills considered a plus

Tasks

  • Advance and optimize Salesforce infrastructure
  • Integrate adjacent tools (e.g., Jira, NetSuite, Marketing)
  • Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports
  • Implement AI-powered tools for lead scoring and deal intelligence
  • Build predictive models for revenue forecasting
  • Define and refine marketing & sales funnel
  • Establish and monitor conversion rate benchmarks
  • Design and implement scalable sales processes
  • Develop clear handoff processes between Marketing, SDRs, and AEs
  • Define deal approval limits and escalation paths
  • Build rigorous pipeline management system with weekly reviews
  • Identify pipeline risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Conduct regular deal reviews with AEs
  • Ensure continuously filled pipeline through data-based territory and lead allocation
  • Create forecast models and what-if scenarios
  • Monitor renewals and implement churn prevention processes
  • Partner with senior leadership to execute sales strategy
  • Coach AEs on CRM hygiene and deal management
  • Identify skill gaps and develop enablement programs
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews to C-level
