In this role, you will take charge of the manure product portfolio, leading a team to drive projects and develop strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing sales, analyzing market trends, and creating impactful sales presentations.

Requirements

• •University degree in Agriculture, Business development, or marketing, or comparable
• •Proven experience in a leadership position within the agricultural sector, specializing in sales or product management
• •Experience in change processes and fast changing organizations
• •Proven background in managing global teams
• •Professional experience in enacting change within a matrix organization
• •Communication, leadership, and accountability
• •Proven 'can do' attitude to go beyond the regular scope of responsibilities
• •Ability to use own initiative
• •Willingness to travel worldwide
• •Fluency in English; French and German would be a benefit

Tasks

• •Manage the manure product portfolio within the Farm Technologies Division
• •Oversee order intake, sales, and P&L from conception to phase-out
• •Lead a team of product managers and specialists to drive projects
• •Communicate product line management strategies to upper management
• •Identify team strengths and support career development
• •Highlight product values and create sales pitches, including presentations and training
• •Implement new concepts and business models for products
• •Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence to steer market share development
• •Break down targets and ambition levels by product line, tracking and reporting product sales
• •Monitor market requirements to achieve growth targets
• •Identify products and markets for sales campaigns and design
