As the Head of People, you will lead the charge in recruiting top talent, designing effective HR processes, and nurturing a vibrant company culture. This role is pivotal in creating an environment where exceptional individuals can thrive and excel.

Requirements

• •Experience building and scaling People functions in high-growth startups or fast-moving tech companies
• •Proven experience managing recruiting end-to-end, including technical hiring for AI & ML talent
• •Strong intuition for talent, culture, and organizational design
• •Experience building HR systems, policies, and processes from early-stage to scale
• •Excellent communication, empathy, and judgment
• •Bias for ownership, urgency, and execution

Tasks

• •Build and execute a top-tier hiring engine
• •Own end-to-end hiring processes
• •Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role scopes
• •Develop and manage talent pipelines
• •Drive employer branding and recruiting programs
• •Design scalable HR processes
• •Implement systems for payroll and benefits
• •Develop clear policies that support autonomy and accountability
• •Act as a cultural steward to foster a performance-oriented environment
• •Coach managers and support team development
• •Build communication rhythms and recognition programs
• •Support founders in scaling organizational structure
