Requirements
- •5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- •Exceptional sourcing skills
- •Experience recruiting for AI/ML or technical product companies
- •Strong execution skills
- •Experience recruiting across US and European markets
- •Technical fluency to engage with leaders
- •Reputation for building trust and credibility
- •Outstanding written communication skills
- •Deep familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- •Experience as a first or early talent hire at a scaling AI/ML startup
- •Track record recruiting across multiple business functions
- •Experience recruiting product managers and marketers
- •Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities
- •Deep knowledge of European business talent markets
- •Built relationships in AI/ML company communities
