  • •Manage performance dashboards and early-warning systems
  • •Drive launch cadence reviews using clear KPIs
  • •Integrate Product Development, Supply Chain, and Quality
  • •Coordinate seamless transitions to serial production
  • •Lead Launch Readiness Reviews and NPI Councils
  • •Eliminate bottlenecks using Lean and Agile principles
  • •Introduce NPI maturity and launch excellence benchmarks
