- Ensure milestones are met and progress is communicated to Sponsors
- Integrate cross-departmental dependencies
- Coordinate external implementation partners for high-quality delivery
- Lead project management for the broader Operations IT roadmap
- Evaluate and implement eSourcing and Supply Planning software
