Requirements
- •Several years as an IT Project Manager or Functional Stream Lead within large-scale ERP implementations
- •Professional moderation and facilitation skills
- •Solid understanding of P2P, Inventory Management, and Logistics in international trading environments
- •Previous exposure to eSourcing, Demand Planning, or WMS tools
- •Strong advocate for 'Fit-to-Standard' solutions
- •Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken)

Tasks
- •Organize and lead functional workshops for the P2P and Supply Chain streams
- •Translate business needs into actionable project tasks
- •Partner with the functional Product Owner to manage the backlog
- •Balance business wish-lists with SAP Public Cloud Fit-to-Standard constraints
- •Own the project timeline and resource planning
- •Manage risk for the Operations IT stream
- •Ensure milestones are met and progress is communicated to Sponsors
- •Integrate cross-departmental dependencies
- •Coordinate external implementation partners for high-quality delivery
- •Lead project management for the broader Operations IT roadmap
- •Evaluate and implement eSourcing and Supply Planning software
