  • Maintain control of diverse business operations
  • Ensure smooth running of Merchant Operations
  • Manage Merchant Operations, Complaint Management, and Customer Onboarding
  • Define key KPIs for reporting and monitoring
  • Manage the assigned budget to meet targets
  • Develop and drive an annual and multi-year operations strategy
  • Create coherent operations strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Achieve company goals with strong drive and motivation
  • Develop team members' knowledge and expertise for maximum performance
  • Encourage maximum performance and dedication among employees
  • Oversee operations risk and issues
  • Design and implement business strategies and procedures
