• •Ensure smooth running of Merchant Operations
• •Manage Merchant Operations, Complaint Management, and Customer Onboarding
• •Define key KPIs for reporting and monitoring
• •Manage the assigned budget to meet targets
• •Develop and drive an annual and multi-year operations strategy
• •Create coherent operations strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
• •Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
