Requirements

  • Proven track record in technical consulting and business development
  • Experience in sales and realization of charging sites in key verticals
  • Demonstrated success in managing showcases, pilots, or lighthouse projects
  • Established network with charging site developers, planners, and integrators
  • Strong relationships with charging operators in one or more verticals
  • Active presence in relevant industry associations is a plus
  • Consulting or leadership experience in developing sales teams and structured processes
  • Strong ability to translate operator needs into commercial opportunities
  • Collaborative, systematic, and pragmatic approach to building long-term ecosystem impact
  • Experience in EV charging, energy services, or adjacent infrastructure markets
  • Combination of structure with pragmatism in pilots
  • Thriving in cross-functional collaboration across teams
  • Earning trust through substance and delivery

Work Experience

approx. 1 - 4 years

Tasks

  • Build and maintain relationships with operators across various sectors
  • Develop a partner ecosystem to promote EcoG-powered charging solutions
  • Lead roadshows, webinars, and ROI workshops for operators and partners
  • Create case studies and content showcasing business value for operators
  • Build tools and methodologies to support customer sales organizations
  • Consult and coach OEM sales teams on go-to-market strategies
  • Ensure customers are prepared for operator tenders and sourcing processes
  • Develop and manage lighthouse projects and pilot sites from concept to operation
  • Oversee reference deployments with OEMs, partners, and operators
  • Co-market showcases to enhance visibility and adoption in the ecosystem
  • Channel operator insights and referrals to the Sales team for OEM acquisition
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Customer Success for consistent messaging
  • Act as a liaison between operators and Product Management
  • Translate operator needs into requirements for value-added services
