Requirements
- Fully qualified lawyer with outstanding expertise in employment and labor law (First and Second State Examination)
- Ideally certified Specialist Lawyer in Employment Law
- Advantageous international legal study or practical experience
- Minimum 10 years experience in labor relations, ideally industrial/technical environment
- Strong leadership presence and effectiveness in complex, multicultural, unionized settings
- Ability to balance business performance with social-partnership responsibility
- Deep expertise in employment and collective labor law
- Strong command of governance, policies, and compliance frameworks
- Outstanding negotiation and consultation capabilities (national/European)

Tasks
- Shape labor relations architecture across Central & Northern Europe.
- Shape regional labor relations strategy.
- Align strategy with global governance, corporate standards, and legal frameworks.
- Build trust-based partnerships with works councils and trade unions.
- Build trust-based partnerships with senior leaders.
- Enable constructive co-determination.
- Support responsible industrial footprint management.
- Lead cross-country labor and collective law.
- Guide local teams on labor and collective law.
- Ensure consistency in IR processes.
- Harmonize, simplify, and standardize IR processes.
- Coordinate European Works Forum (EWF) processes.
- Ensure high-quality EWF documentation.
- Maintain EWF procedural integrity.
- Ensure EU-compliant EWF information flows.
- Advise strategically on transformation and negotiation.
- Provide expertise in German labor law.
- Provide expertise in collective bargaining.

- Lead restructuring workstreams.

- Conduct M&A due diligence.
