Requirements
- Extensive experience in financial services sector
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or comparable qualification
- Extensive leadership experience (10+ years) in IT delivery, IT operations, or platform-oriented environments
- Experience within regulated financial services
- Strong track record in operating and evolving IT delivery and service organizations
- Combining operational excellence with transformation capability
- Deep understanding of IT service management, delivery governance, and modern delivery models
- Experience with agile and hybrid approaches
- Solid experience with budget, cost, and resource responsibility
- Pragmatic and transparent financial mindset
- Motivating and leading teams through complex transformations
- Maintaining stability while driving change and continuous improvement
- Comfortable operating in complex, regulated, multi-stakeholder environments
- Clear and convincing communication in English and German at senior and executive level
- Knowledge of Spanish and/or Korean is a plus
