Requirements
- •Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Electrical Engineering
- •8+ years’ experience in project or operations management in renewable energy, EPC, or industrial construction
- •Strong technical foundation in solar PV systems and emerging technologies
- •Proven success in EPC management, cost control, and performance optimization
- •Experience in scaling operations, process improvement, and tool implementation
- •Strong leadership and team management experience
- •Fluency in German and English
- •Structured, analytical, and hands-on leadership with high ownership and communication skills

Tasks
- •Lead the execution and technical delivery of solar and smart energy projects
- •Manage a team of 10+ professionals, including Team Leads and Project Managers
- •Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards
- •Professionalize project delivery functions by establishing efficient processes and governance
- •Oversee the full construction lifecycle from ready-to-build to commissioning and handover
- •Deliver projects that meet time, cost, and quality targets through disciplined execution
- •Manage and mentor the operations team to build strong performance and collaboration
- •Establish and improve project execution standards, workflows, and reporting
- •Oversee EPC partners to ensure contract compliance, progress, and quality
- •Align with Procurement on EPC selection and performance
- •Ensure technical quality by evaluating and integrating new technologies into workflows
- •Enforce a structured gate process for technical, financial, and contractual readiness
- •Guarantee a smooth transition from construction to operation for long-term asset performance
- •Implement tracking, project management, and reporting tools for transparency
- •Collaborate with Project Development, Finance, Procurement, and Asset Management
