Requirements

  • •BSc or MSc in Electrical, Energy, or Mechanical Engineering
  • •5–8 years of relevant experience in power sector project management
  • •Solid understanding of system-level energy solutions
  • •Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • •Fluent in English and German
  • •Proficient at MS Excel, Word and specific project management tools
  • •Analytical thinking, accuracy, reliability
  • •Proactivity and ability to work independently
  • •Focus on detail, with the capability to summarize key information for C-suite / Board-level reporting

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Master's degree

Work Experience

5 - 8 years

Tasks

  • •Support complex business development activities from a technical perspective
  • •Develop and manage comprehensive project execution plans
  • •Oversee all phases of project delivery and report on key milestones
  • •Manage project budget, timeline, and critical path for on-time, on-budget delivery
  • •Contribute to the planning and implementation of the strategic vision for the Flexibility Assets Division
