- 10+ years professional experience in senior HR leadership (ideally industrial, automotive, or high-tech)

- Solid understanding of compensation structures and benefits programs

- Confidence in working with employees, leadership, and employee representatives
- Solid experience with HR systems and digital tools

- Ability to deliver presentations effectively to diverse audiences
- Strong practical understanding of German labor law
- Hands-on, pragmatic, people-focused approach

- Optimize workforce structure and skills for growth
- Advise employees and management on HR matters
- Manage employee relations professionally
- Promote fair and supportive HR solutions
- Identify and retain key talent
- Oversee performance management processes
- Lead succession planning initiatives
- Support employee development and growth
- Ensure efficient and compliant HR processes
- Utilize HR systems (Personio) and digital tools
- Manage HR data accurately
- Streamline administrative workflows
- Guide and support the international HR team
- Develop HR Business Partner capabilities
- Collaborate with Porsche AG and leadership
- Partner with legal and department heads
- Address HR topics cooperatively
- Oversee Front Desk operations
- Manage Facility Management services
- Administer Fleet Management
- Ensure Occupational Safety compliance
