- Extensive product management or platform ownership experience
- Hands-on Workday design, development, and evolution experience
- Ability to partner with HR leaders for data-driven solutions
- Success leading cross-functional, dispersed teams
- Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills for senior executives
- Detail-oriented, organized, fast-paced environment adaptability
- Based in Ireland, UK, Spain, Portugal, or Poland
- Legal right to work in country of role
Tasks
- Execute product strategy and roadmap for Workday platform
- Align priorities with business and HR technology goals
- Partner with senior HR and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and launch Workday enhancements
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps
- Manage trade-offs across scope, timeline, and resources
- Ensure SOX compliance and data integrity in Workday initiatives
- Support business cases for Workday and HR technology funding
- Recommend new technologies and Workday features for improvement
- Integrate newly acquired companies into the Workday ecosystem
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs and demand
- Mentor and guide product and HR technology team members
- Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Stay current on Workday releases and industry trends
