Requirements
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strategic mindset
- Solid track record in winning new business
- Experience leading complex pitches
- Comfortable presenting and networking
- Well-connected, curious, approachable, and confident
- At least 3–5 years’ experience in the creative industry
- Ambition, eagerness to learn, and proactivity
- Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
Tasks
- Drive new business success and exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain a robust commercial pipeline
- Lead new and existing opportunities, pitches, tenders, RFI’s, and RFP’s
- Manage incoming cross-sell and up-sell requests
- Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to client onboarding
- Deliver winning proposals and pitch presentations
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, social, media, data, and AI teams
- Lead and secure major creative pitches and tenders
- Qualify new leads and assemble the optimal team
- Shape compelling narratives for client proposals
- Build a strong pipeline through networking and client events
- Lead commercial and legal negotiations with key departments
- Facilitate collaboration between international teams
- Work confidently with executive stakeholders
- Represent the company at events and industry conferences
- Promote a growth mindset across the organization
