Requirements

Tasks

• Develop a comprehensive German real estate strategy
• Manage a team of real estate and security professionals
• Oversee all German real estate transactions and leasing
• Lead the strategic Project Homeland asset acquisition
• Direct design and construction projects across all sites
• Optimize space planning for hybrid and specialized environments
• Manage facilities operations and site services
• Implement robust corporate security and protection strategies
• Oversee physical security systems and personnel
• Lead security responses for incidents and emergencies
• Conduct regular risk assessments for all German locations
• Direct event security for the Annual General Meeting
• Partner with leadership to align with business goals
• Manage budgets for real estate and security functions
• Report on portfolio performance and risk posture
