- Develop continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage project relocations and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure building operations and safety globally
- Lead and develop the Facility Management function
- Implement governance and best practice frameworks
- Plan and deliver office fit-out and renovation projects
- Manage maintenance and operations for high-quality service
- Develop and implement occupational safety policies
- Promote sustainability through policies and initiatives
- Manage budget and cost efficiency
- Optimize processes with modern tools and technologies
