Requirements

• •Experience in Development or Asset Management
• •Construction and Project Management experience, is preferred
• •Bachelor of Science degree in construction is preferred
• •Construction industry experience is required
• •Data Center experience is preferred
• •Strong IT skills; Advanced Excel knowledge essential
• •Excellent analytical skills in real estate finance
