- Ability to translate KPIs into actionable success
- Confident German communication
- Confident English communication
- Ability to present complex technical topics to stakeholders and clients
Tasks
- Lead and mentor team leads and senior engineers
- Define AI integration roadmap for engineering
- Optimize processes and develop next-generation leaders
- Drive cultural change toward AI-driven development
- Manage department's operational performance
- Plan resources, monitor budget, and ensure scalability
- Collaborate with directors and VPs on technological vision
- Support key accounts as a high-level technical advisor
- Foster inclusive and high-performance culture
- Establish modern department rituals for knowledge sharing
