  • •CPA or Chartered Accountant preferred
  • •Advanced degree is a plus
  • •10+ years of relevant experience
  • •Minimum 5 years in senior leadership
  • •Experience in complex finance environment
  • •Deep knowledge of German GAAP and IFRS
  • •Proven track record in finance transformation
  • •Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA)
  • •Hands-on mentality in agile environments
  • •AI tooling experience is a plus
  • •Self-starter with problem-solving skills
  • •Excellent communication skills in English and German
  • •C1 minimum proficiency in German

  • •Establish internal controls for financial data integrity.
