- Define a world-class data strategy
- Implement world-class data governance
- Create a Single Source of Truth
- Ensure governed, reliable data visibility
- Provide end-to-end customer lifecycle visibility
- Build the AI, Data & Systems function
- Lead the AI, Data & Systems function
- Manage the internal cost base
- Evaluate major technology vendors
- Select major technology vendors
- Negotiate with major technology vendors
- Lead System Integration Engineers
- Coach System Integration Engineers
