- Successful support of complex system implementations, architecture design, and HR tech transformations
- Excellent analytical and planning skills, with ability to translate business growth into customised system workflows
- Deep expertise in knowledge management and process documentation, ideally using Confluence
- Excellent stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
- Background in advanced workforce analytics or process automation tools
- Experience from scaling operations in high-growth or technology companies
- Fluent communication in German language

- Ensure data integrity across the employee lifecycle
- Adjust global fields across systems and regions
- Standardize global fields for contracts and compensation
- Standardize global fields for leave and termination
- Facilitate and implement rapid data-informed decisions
- Design lifecycle workflows for onboarding and offboarding
- Design workflows for compensation changes
- Integrate Bob and Jira processes
- Manage the People Operations service desk in Jira
- Structure the People Operations service desk in Jira
- Streamline support ticket routing and resolution
- Build dashboards and analytics
- Track workforce data
- Identify workforce trends
- Support leadership decisions with data
- Accelerate automation initiatives
- Reduce manual administrative burdens
- Empower self-service capabilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define project scopes
- Refine project scopes for HR tech enhancements
