- Full-funnel demand generation with pipeline impact
- Comfort with APIs, automation tools, and data workflows
- Hypothesis-driven with strong analytics skills
- Understanding of technical and business buyer resonance
- Proficiency with Clay, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Webflow, intent analytics
- Familiarity with ICP mapping, value-based messaging, audience targeting, campaign optimization
- German language skills
- Open-source community experience
- LLM / AI product marketing background
- Early-stage or high-growth startup experience
Tasks
- Own full enterprise pipeline funnel
- Build data and AI-powered demand engine
- Connect Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn for personalized journeys
- Create AI-assisted workflows for campaigns
- Test messaging, audiences, and channels rapidly
- Scale successful strategies into playbooks
- Collaborate with Leadership, Sales, Product, DevRel, and RevOps
- Activate ICPs across developer and enterprise journeys
- Implement refinements and learnings to meet pipeline goals
