Growth and Marketing Specialist(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Enjoyment of remote work
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
- 1-3 years professional experience in partnerships, marketing, growth, or business development
- Ideally, experience in logistics and/or knowledge of e-commerce, SaaS, or technology ecosystems
- Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, digital performance metrics, and campaign ROI
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail

Tasks
- Identify strategic EU partners (SaaS, ERP, Tech)
- Acquire strategic EU partners (SaaS, ERP, Tech)
- Manage relationships with strategic EU partners
- Act as central contact for the partner network
- Conduct regular partner check-ins
- Facilitate joint planning with partners
- Perform partner performance reviews
- Coordinate lead pipeline between partners and Business Development
- Implement global marketing strategies in the EU market
- Participate in European digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn)
- Contribute to the content marketing strategy
- Build strategic relationships
- Manage stakeholders with ROI and KPI monitoring
- Make data-driven decisions for stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with international teams
- Coordinate European event participation (planning to implementation)
