Requirements

  • Proven experience in groups & events sales, hotel sales, reservations, or event management (hospitality preferred)
  • Strong commercial mindset for business development and revenue maximization
  • Client relationship management experience (corporate, event planners, key accounts)
  • Ability to handle complex bookings and high-value events
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills for multi-tasking
  • Ability to collaborate with various hotel teams
  • Experience with CRM, event sales, or hotel systems (Opera a plus)
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English (Dutch a plus)
  • Proactive, target-driven, solution-oriented, independent, and collaborative mindset

Tasks

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new group and event business.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct sales calls and presentations for hotel promotion.
  • Perform site inspections for hotel promotion.
  • Prepare proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts.
  • Manage event documentation.
  • Serve as the primary client contact.
  • Ensure smooth client communication and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams, revenue management, and marketing.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales systems.
