Tasks

  • Lead and execute regional sales strategy
  • Manage, coach, and align Sales Managers
  • Drive top-line revenue and B2B performance
  • Grow key Corporate, Groups & MICE accounts
  • Develop strategic account plans
  • Build and maintain multi-hotel sales pipeline
  • Ensure effective CRM system use
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and audits
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management on pricing
  • Partner with Marketing on campaigns
  • Drive commercial performance with General Managers
  • Support pre-opening sales activities
  • Represent Odyssey Hotel Group at industry events
  • Strengthen Odyssey’s market presence
